Event Planning: How it Works

Ready to throw a party nobody would be forgetting anytime soon? Then you need to plan your next event with Operation Jump!

Booking us for your event is super easy! Here's the breakdown of our live process:

Click on Rentals or the Get Started tab. Alternatively, clients can also click on any of the pictures under the Get Started tab.

To save yourself time from choosing things that are unavailable, we advise our clients to click on Order by Date and choose the date of their choice. This way it only shows the items actually available and there are no heartbreaks.

Once the item is chosen, clients can put it in their cart. If they accidentally exit the window or come back later, the item is still in the cart. If they wish to restart the order they will have to first empty the cart and then click on reset order.

Clients can then continue shopping and when done, can simply check themselves out.

When checking out, clients must remember to fill in all the contact details especially their email address, name, number and address.

The 25 Percent Deposit:

The last form will have a coupon space. If the clients have received a code, they will enter it there and the discount will be automatically applied. The details of their card are what we%u2019re going to ask for next. The clients are required to pay 25 percent deposit if they wish to reserve their specific items on the dates of their choice.

If clients wish to pay in full that can also be accommodated, however the balance is not due until the day before or at the time of delivery which the operator can take in cash or card. After submitting the payment we will email the client their receipt. Underneath the receipt are the contracts which the clients MUST e-sign before delivery.

This is a mandatory step for the setup and must not be skipped.

The Set-Up Area:
The clients will be showing us the space where they would want the things to be set up.

Once we are done setting up, our deliverer will take pictures to ensure proper setup and to make sure it has not been moved or damaged after he leaves. In cases where the equipment is damaged from the clients side, clients are responsible for compensating any damages unless they paid the 7 percent waiver form during checkout.

Monitoring the Inclement Weather:
What happens if the weather seems to be rough at the day of the party, even if the client has paid the 25 percent deposit? If the weather interferes with the setup of the party, for example, there's a 65% chance that it might rain on the day of the event, we will ask the client to reschedule. A future date will be provided in the form of a rain check.

However, we are all about delivering things the way the client wants, and if they insist that the party go on despite professional warnings or recommendations, we will gladly comply.

Safety Guidelines:
Our deliverer will go over all procedures and safety guidelines with the client who will be the attendant for their unit. More than one unit would require an additional attendant. Attendants will be responsible for monitoring that the equipment is being used according to the safety guidelines.

Then the customer will sign any unsigned contracts and safety checklist.

After the Party:
Upon returning the rentals at the agreed upon time, our operator will be asking the clients if there were any incidents and if they had fun. We also offer a code for our repeat clients!

Upon return, we will clean the units and disinfect with Matt-Kleen. Matt Kleen is used by professionals such as gymnasiums, and other sport arenas such as wrestling. It kills all common and rare diseases.

We request our clients fill out the surveys we send them in their email addresses the day after the event, as their feedback will help us in improving our services.
